T- Shirt Size
Show shirt and fit will be the same style as the 2016 Finis shirts. This will be your marching shirt and is part of your uniform. One shirt is included in your fair share, replacements are $10. Show shirt is required for all games and performances.
Glove Size
This question is used to order our supply for the year. Gloves are $3.00 a pair and may be purchased for cash only in the Uniform Room.
Financial Information and Fair Share
Fair Share
Fair Share for Winds and Percussion students is $200, which is due on Wednesday, 8/2/17.
Fair Share for Fall Color Guard is $350, which is due Wednesday, 8/2/17.

If the balance cannot be paid in full by 8/2/17, a $50 minimum payment and Payment Plan Contract is required and will be available on the band website Financial Information page. http://www.westorangeband.com/info/financialinfo.htm

Payment Method
Please indicate your payment method - you can follow this link to make your Fair Share payment and then return to this form to complete the registration process. https://www.schoolpay.com A minimum payment of $50 is required to register and receive your band shirt and if the balance is not paid in full by Monday 8/2/17 you will be required to sign and return a payment contract available on the band web site.
Marching Shoes
Every band and guard student needs their own pair of marching shoes. An order will be placed during band camp and will include one pair of gloves (except for percussion). Please indicate if you need to place and order and make the $35 payment ($32 for percussion) using this link: https://www.schoolpay.com and then return to this form to complete the registration process.

An OCPS medical card will be in the student folder given out the first day of Band Camp and needs to be completed and returned prior to the end of Band Camp on Friday 8/4/17.

Band Fair Share payment minimum of $50.00 is due on Monday 8/2/17. Please use the links above to make your payment and once this is paid students will receive their official season band shirt which is required to march and is a part of their uniform.

Students also need tall black socks with no logos to wear with their uniform. They will purchase those on their own.

Donations for Marching Season- please drop off in the band room anytime
We request these items from all band students for their use during marching season at all home and away games.
