This survey is to help Reimagine Australia understand more about the challenges faced by families, parents, caregivers and the wider community when it comes to supporting children during the early years of their development (0-8 yrs).

We're keen to know what challenges you face when it comes to gaining initial help and advice, as well as finding the right information, support and services needed to help your child and your family to thrive in their home life, community life and social life.

The information captured in this survey, will be used to help us design solutions that make access to information, support and services easier for families and their children, and to support the community and healthcare providers to achieve better outcomes when working with families and children during these years.

The aim of this project is to remove some of the barriers, confusion, complexity and stress that families and children face all too often when navigating this journey, and the systems they interact with, such as the NDIS and broader disability system, and the healthcare system etc.
