The PS9 Sarah Smith Garnet PTO is excited to host the 2025 Artisan Holiday Market on Saturday, December 13th from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The market will take place in the school’s gymnasium at 80 Underhill Avenue. We are excited to create a destination for holiday shopping for the families of PS9’s over 800 students and the wider community!
The fee for entry will be $100. PS9 will provide a table (3 x 6 foot). Feel free to bring signage or anything else you would like to decorate or display at your table. We are not able to provide electricity but vendors are welcome to bring their own power. If you would like to share a table with another vendor, the fee will be $150.
We will promote your brand on both the school and PTO Instagram accounts as well as our PS9 website. Numerous emails and postings will be sent out to our school and surrounding communities as well as posters placed around the neighborhood.
Submit payment by December 1, 2025. Once you commit, we cannot refund your payment unless we have to cancel the event for some unforeseeable reason. In the case you need to cancel your participation, we will consider your payment a donation to the PS9 PTO.
Proceeds from this fundraiser go to the PS9 PTO to help support in-school enrichment residencies for all of our students. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
