Boardwine Grappling presents "Wrestling for Jiu-Jitsu Immersion Day" Gi and No Gi
February 19, 2022 at Team Casarez BJJ: 253 Grande Heights Dr, Cary, NC 27513

   Session 1 Gi: 9am-11am  

   Session 2 No-Gi: 12pm-2pm

   Both session include 30 mins of Sparring and Mastery-Drills.

Registration is $40 per session or $60 for both sessions.

There will be a one hour break between sessions 1 and 2.

NCAA D1 Head Wrestling Coach and 3x IBJJF World Jiu-Jitsu Masters Champion, will teach you the key wrestling techniques you must know to defend and execute your BJJ at the highest levels in Gi and No-Gi.

Learn from 40 years of national / international competition and coaching knowledge

Here is what you will learn:

   Session 1 Gi: 9am-11am  

- Standing Guards in the Gi
- Standing Defense in the Gi: stopping takedowns with battle-tested defense that is proven to work
- Shutting Down sweeps and staying on top in the Gi
- Standing Attacks in the Gi that anyone can do
- Rarely-taught Set-Ups in the Gi that make Standing Attacks possible
- Pull Guard on YOUR terms in the Gi
- Use Wrestling control holds that lead to Guard-Passing in the Gi
- Use Wrestling control holds that lead to Submissions in the Gi
- Walk Away with a plan and solo drills, for continuous growth every day
- 30 mins of Sparring and Mastery-Drills.


   Session 2 No-Gi: 12pm-2pm

- Standing Guards in No-Gi
- Hand-Fighting essentials anyone can do in No-Gi
- Standing Defense in No-Gi: stopping takedowns with battle-tested defense that is proven to work
- Shutting Down sweeps and staying on top in No-Gi
- Standing Attacks in No-Gi that anyone can do
- Rarely-taught Set-Ups in No-Gi that make Standing Attacks possible
- Pull/Sit-to-Guard on YOUR terms in No-Gi
- Use Wrestling control holds that lead to Guard-Passing in No-Gi
- Use Wrestling control holds that lead to Submissions in No-Gi
- 30 mins of mastery drilling and Sparring
- Walk Away with a plan and solo drills, for continuous growth every day
- 30 mins of Sparring and Mastery-Drills.
