Filling out this form does not obligate you to participate; it only allows us to inform you about opportunities to take part in our research. To be eligible to participate, your dog:
(1) must be up to date on rabies vaccinations (we will need to see a current tag or certificate from your vet)(2) must be generally healthy at the time of participation (3) must not have a record of aggression towards humans(4) must be at least 1 year old at the time of participation
When we are in need of dog volunteers, we will contact you with details about the current study. All of our tasks involve your dog working for treats, so they need to be food-motivated. Sessions last approximately 30-60 minutes and our testing space is located in University College on the downtown U of T campus. We have a parking spot that we can reserve for you if you would be driving to us, or we can reimburse TTC travel up to 2 tokens.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
