Volunteer Book Application
The Human Library™ is an international movement in which volunteer human “books” are loaned out for 20 minutes of one-on-one conversation. Readers have the opportunity to ask questions as they learn about the book's life and the prejudices/stereotypes they have faced and overcome. Possible topics of books include, but are not limited to, those relating to: race, ethnicity, gender identity, veteran, invisible illness, disability, religion, addiction, abuse, adoption, occupation, homelessness, activist, athlete, education or employment status, etc.

If you are interested in being a book, please complete and submit this application. This Human Library™ will be held in the University of South Dakota, I.D. Weeks Library, 2nd floor, on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, from 4 - 7 p.m.
