Engage! Cleveland is looking for young professionals (YPs) to aid Engage! Cleveland in fulfilling our mission by serving as advocates for the YP demographic, assisting in the planning and execution of programs and events, and promoting a positive YP experience in Cleveland.
We are always looking for young professional representatives to join our Council which currently has over 125 members. We are seeking individuals for a diverse representation of the YP community in Cleveland. This includes individuals of varying ages, races and ethnicities, individuals who are single, married, or with children, and individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
We are seeking people who are passionate about Cleveland and making our city a lasting home for young professionals.
LEADERSHIP COUNCIL DETAILS
Meetings of the entire Leadership Council will be held four times per year from 4pm - 5:30pm. One social mixer will also be held annually in September.
Council members are expected to be committed to our mission by attending at least 75% of the meetings, providing an annual $250 contribution, and volunteering throughout the year.
Each Leadership Council member will have a one-year term with the option to renew each year.
LEADERSHIP COUNCIL OPPORTUNITIES
Members have the opportunity to assist with:
• Research – brainstorming ideas
• Planning – reaching out to speakers, venues
• Execution – volunteering day of
• Donations – solicits donations for events
• Volunteering – at our events
• Blogging – writing for our blog
