Dear Alumni,
We’re reaching out with an exciting invitation!
Hack-Nation, in collaboration with the MIT Sloan AI Club, the MIT Club of Northern California, and the MIT Club of Germany, is hosting the Global AI Hackathon Series — two additional 24-hour global innovation sprints in 2026 (July 18–19, and October 3–4) uniting MIT students, AI researchers, and engineers from 65+ countries. The hackathon runs online, with local hubs in the Bay Area, Boston, London, Munich, Dresden, Zurich, Paris, Linz, Delhi, Yerevan and Pakistan coming together for after-parties and community celebrations.
🚀 Our mission is to spark innovation, foster entrepreneurship, and build community at the frontier of applied AI. Over ~5,000 AI talents from 65+ countries have applied for our previous hackathons and more than 500 AI applications were built during our hackathons in 2025.
We're looking for passionate AI professionals to help make this a success — as mentors, jury members, sponsors, or local supporters in the Bay Area or Boston. Your support and insights would mean a lot to our team of MIT students and alum organizers. Also there is the opportunity to join as a mentor for a startup accelerator incubating AI ventures coming out of the hackathon.
1st day of the hackathon: Mentoring will take place and you can pick any time after 9:00 am PT
2nd day of the hackathon : The jury deliberation, finalist pitches and award ceremony take place 8:00 am - 2:00 pm PT / 11:00 am - 4:00 pm ET
