Feral or Farm cat application
Thank you for expressing an interest in adopting a feral or farm cat.
We sometimes have cats that would better suit an outdoor home.
However they would still need to be cared for and this form is to reassure us that they would be going to a better home than where we picked them up from.
We would need our cats to be provided with a dry, safe environment where they can be confined for the first few weeks, we can help with this if no suitable location is available.
They need daily food water and litter changes whilst confined.
When released they would still need daily food, water and also regular worming treatments.  This will ensure they are healthy and have the energy to hunt.
We dont charge an adoption fee for our feral cats but would like to have updates if possible on their progress.
All our cats would be neutered, chipped, healthchecked and will have received a first vaccination.

As part of the cat application we would need to complete a farm check in person.  We would need to see where the cats are going to be confined as well as any roads outside the property. This is not meant to be intrusive, we are merely checking that they are going to a suitable home for their needs and we wouldnt keep you long. Are you happy for his to take place?  *
