Compitas: Building Connections in the Latinx Graduate Community
COMPITAS is an initiative by the Guerrero Student Center designed to create a supportive space for Latine/x graduate students at the University of Arizona. This initiative was created in response to the need for connection and community among Latine/x students navigating graduate school. This is a non-committal recurring networking & social program hosted by the Guerrero Center which offers opportunities for graduate students that identify as Latine/x to meet, build friendships, and support each other socially, emotionally, and academically throughout their graduate school journey.
