JX Gives Back Family Foundation                Donation Request Form
JX Gives Back Family Foundation (JXGBFF) is represented by a Charity Committee that was established to best serve our local communities within Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. It is comprised of representatives across all divisions of JX. Donation requests can be submitted on behalf of any 501(c)(3) by a JX Associate, Customer, or External Organization Representative and are reviewed and distributed monthly.
