FUNDRAISING & OUTREACH

INVEST Committee - August - November - I would like to help behind the scenes with the INVEST Campaign.

Moore-aoke Committee - November 7th, 2026

Moore-aoke Marketing/Merch - I would like to work on creating Marketing/Merch for this event

Small Fundraisers Committee - I would like to help reach out to local businesses (with script provided)and support the chair

Spring for Moore Co-Chair - February - March 2027 - I would like to help lead this event and committee

School Tours - I would like to help give tours to prospective parents.

Library Support

6th Grade Parent Lead(s) - Similar to a room parent, this role would create sign up's for volunteer/donation items for 6th grade related parties/experiences

7th Grade Parent Lead(s) - Similar to a room parent, this role would create sign up's for volunteer/donation items for 6th grade related parties/experiences

8th Grade Parent Lead(s) - Similar to a room parent, this role would create sign up's for volunteer/donation items for 6th grade related parties/experiences

Field Day Committee

Band Support - I would like to support the Band Director and assist with concerts or events.

Choir Support - I would like to support the Choir Director and assist with concerts or events.

Strings Support - I would like to support the Strings Director and assist with concerts or events.

Teacher Appreciation - I would like to assist with Teacher Appreciation

Parents in a Pinch - I would like to be signed up for a GroupMe that will alert parents of support needed at school or for events as they are needed.

Social Media - I would like to help update Instagram weekly.

Marketing - I would like to help create flyers for events and volunteer oppurtunities

Executive Board for 2027-28 - I am interested in learning more about serving on next year's Executive Board
