Do you have the ability to provide your own PA/Sound Engineer? *

* Most events cover a 3-4 hour window.

- iPads 
iPads are only allowed for running PA. 

All Artists must have 3-4 hours of material memorized before booking an event. 

Hard Copy Set Lists are allowed.

- NO BACKING TRACKS

- STAGE ETIQUETTE & ATTIRE
Professional Stage Attire is REQUIRED on all Booker-E Entertainment Events. 

Please Do Not Wear T-shirts, baseball hats, flip flops, shorts, Crocs, etc. Please have respect for the bandstand & the Venue.

Please No Bare Feet. This policy is for your own safety and to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a certain level of decorum within the Venue.

Please Do Not Sit during your performance, unless your instrument requires you to sit down. 

Booker-E Entertainment is looking for High Energy Entertainers and we ask that the band remain standing during their performance. 

No Cussing on the bandstand. All shows are Family Friendly.

- ADVERTISING 
Advertising on your Artist/Band Facebook Page is REQUIRED for all Booker-E Events. 

A Venue approved event flyer will be provided to you for advertising. Failure to share the Venue Approved event flyer will result in cancellation of further bookings.

TAGGING Booker-E Entertainment and the Venue is REQUIRED for all advertising of Booker-E Events for Branding purposes.

If you choose to make an additional flyer, Booker-E Entertainment Logo & Venue Logo is REQUIRED on all Advertising & Flyers for Booker-E Events for Branding purposes.

- CANCELLATION POLICY
Event promo material is prepared 30 days out to allow for advertising. Please notify Booker-E Entertainment no less than 30 days before your event of schedule conflicts or cancellations. Any cancellations, thereafter, will incur a 5% booking fee to cover advertising cost associated with your canceled event.

BOOKING COMPENSATION 

- NO CONTRACTS
Booker-E Entertainment charges a 10% fee per booking, to be paid by the Artist to Booker-E Entertainment within 5 days after the event. Payment can be made by Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, personal check or cash.

* No Booking Fee at Gruene Grove 

** By submitting this form, I agree to the above Booking Requirements of Booker-E Entertainment.

NON-COMPETE CLAUSE
Venue rebooking inquiries are to be directed to Booker-E Entertainment. Failure to do so will result in termination of further bookings.
