We will not be able to paint any skin that has sores, skin irritations, rashes, signs of infections, etc., or be able to paint the faces of anyone who appears to be sick, such as a runny nose. We can paint a arm or leg instead. We will not paint anyone who does not want to be painted or appears to be in distress, or moving away or trying to get out of the chair. 3 and under it’s best to paint their hand or leg to introduce the process to them in a way their are comfortable with. We want to make sure everyone has the best experience possible. Supervision: Lines can get long, and children get restless. It is very hard for a painter to focus on completing their work, if they are also having to manage a large group of people as well. To ensure we can paint as many as possible in the time allowed, maintain hygiene and safety standards, and produce good results, Please make sure to have an adult on hand ready to supervise, and assist with line management if needed. We can also bring our own line manager to your event for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy: We cannot held responsible in the event of non-fulfilment of the engagement by our artist(s), however every reasonable safeguard is assured. Any fees paid in advance will be refunded in full. Cancellation of the booking by the customer must be given in writing, or by signature email. No other forms of communication are acceptable to enact a cancellation.. Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days notice but more than 7 days notice will be liable for a non-fulfilment charge of 50% of the total booking fee. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will incur a non-fulfilment charge of 100% of the total booking fee. Upon cancellations, all outstanding fees will become immediately payable following our invoice. When we take your and hold your date, we are turning down other work to hold our agreement. We need your commitment too. Thank you for understanding. We know you will be happy with the results.
