Thank you for your interest in presenting at the Early Childhood Summit, hosted by Oregon AEYC. This event will bring together Oregon’s current and future leaders in early childhood education for connection, learning, and inspiration. The conference will be held October 8th, 9th, and 10th at the Embassy Suites at the Portland Airport. 

Due to limited space, not all proposals will be accepted for this year’s event. However, we value your voice and may retain proposals for consideration at future conferences and professional development events.

Presenters selected for the 2026 Fall ECE Summit will receive a discounted registration rate of $125.

Please identify below what level you believe your session is and your education credentials. Sara Stearns will be in touch if any additional information is needed.

Level of Presentation: You must have a Bachelor’s degree, Oregon Registry Step 10 or equivalent to offer Set 2 or 3 training. This will be used in describing the session workshops. Only pre-approved OCCD sessions will have Set 2 or Set 3 identifiers.

 Beginning - Set One  - awareness, description, explanation, fundamentals, introduction, overview  

 Advanced Beginner – Set One – more in depth training but offered by a trainer not at Step 10 or equivalent   

 Intermediate - Set Two – application, development, examination, exploration, implementation, practice, selection 

 Advanced - Set Three – critical examination through in-depth study, conducting research, strategies, theory
