This form must be submitted in order for you to be considered for a staff position at LAWG 2019 Summer Encampment. The deadline for submission is Midnight Feb 18 for C/Line & Support Staff; However, we will begin reviewing requests as soon as they are received. Waiting until the last minute is not recommended.  Encampment 14-23 June
