Plimsoll Productions are casting for a premium, groundbreaking new property series for an international streaming platform. With an A-List host, the series will follow bold, ambitious home-building projects that push boundaries and showcase incredible architecture and construction techniques.
We're looking for the visionary people who are designing, building, or transforming these extraordinary residential homes, completing within the next 24 months.

The series is produced by Plimsoll Productions - one of the the leading creators of premium shows for global broadcasters and streamers including; The BBC, Disney+, National Geographic, Apple TV+, and Netflix.
You are applying to be considered as a contributor in the programme with the working title “Foundations’’ (the “Programme”) which, Plimsoll Productions, a company registered in England and Wales (registered number: 08519094) of ITV White City, 201 Wood Lane, London, United Kingdom, W12 7RU (the “Producer”) intends, but does not undertake, to produce for initial transmission by a premium streamer, of whom the identity of will be announced at a later date (the “Broadcaster”).
The information you give in this form will be used by us (Plimsoll Productions) to select potential contributors for the series and (if you are selected) in the production and broadcast.
Please read the Application Form, including the Terms and Conditions, very carefully, and ensure you/ the applicant meet the Eligibility Requirements (as set out below) before completing and submitting the application form (the “Application Form”).
Please complete the Application Form in as much detail as possible. Once you’ve completed your application it will be looked over by a member of the casting team who may get in touch to discuss the next steps in the application process.
Submitting an application form will not automatically guarantee participation in the Programme. You will be informed if you progress to the next casting stage. If you are selected to take part in further stages of the application process or to take part in the Programme, you will be required to supply further information to the Company and enter into further agreements with the Company. We will also be carrying out suitable checks, if you proceed through the selection process.
The closing date for applications is midnight Friday 12th December 2025 (the ‘closing date’). The producers reserve the right to extend the closing date at their discretion without notice.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTSThe following eligibility requirements (the “Eligibility Requirements”) must be met in order to proceed with the application process.
(i) You must be aged 18 (eighteen) or over.
(ii) You must be able to provide proof of residency and will also be asked to provide photo identification and current proof of address.
(iii) You must not:
(a) be currently employed by us or the Broadcaster and have not been previously employed by us, any of the ITV group of companies or the Broadcaster during the past 5 (five) years; or
(b) be a live-in partner or immediate relative (i.e. mother, father, son, daughter, brother or sister) of an employee of ours or the Broadcaster or any of the ITV group of companies. When the identity of the Broadcaster is disclosed, you will immediately notify Plimsoll Productions, if you cannot comply with this term.
(the foregoing shall be collectively referred to as the “Eligibility Requirements”)
You will also be asked to supply identification in order to verify that you meet the eligibility requirements. You may also be asked to submit evidence of ownership of the property.
