Persons wishing to address the Board are requested to fill out this "Public Comments" form before the start of the meeting and submit it. During regular board meetings the public may address topics not on the agenda during the public comments section of the agenda, or ask they be heard during a specific agenda item. For special board meetings, the public is limited to only address topics on the agenda during the public comments section of the agenda, or ask they be heard during a specific agenda item. Comments are limited to a maximum of three minutes per speaker - 20 minutes total time for public input on each item per Board Bylaw 9323
