Gaucho Pass Terms & Conditions
The Gaucho Pass is a "Paid Subscription" with UCSB Athletics (UCSB Associated Students). Paid Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with the terms of the Gaucho Pass program. UCSB Athletics will notify you if the price of a Paid Subscription increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue. For purposes of the Gaucho Pass the Paid Subscription period is one calendar month.
You agree that your Gaucho Pass purchase be charged on a monthly basis through May 18, 2020 (the "Program End Date") and that you will be charged $30.00 each month (the "Monthly Fee") through the earlier of (1) the Program End Date, or (2) the effective date of your cancellation of your Gaucho Pass. Your credit card account will be charged no more than 24 hours prior to the start of the latest Paid Subscription period.
To cancel your Gaucho Pass: You must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request by email to

If your notice is time-stamped (in the case of email notice) or postmarked (in the case of first class mail notice) on or prior to the Friday before the 3rd Monday of a calendar month, then the effective date of your cancellation will be the last day of that same Paid Subscription period. If your notice is time-stamped or postmarked after the Friday before the 3rd Monday of a calendar month, then the effective date of your cancellation will be the last day of the following Paid Subscription period.
If you would like to specify a different credit card for the Monthly Fee or wish to split payment for future installments of the Monthly Fee across more than one credit card account, please contact the UCSB Athletics Ticket Office at 805-893-7017 (M-F 9AM - 4PM).
AUTOPAY AUTHORIZATION STATEMENT: I agree to pay to UCSB Athletics (UCSB Associated Students) the Monthly Fee for 2019-20 Gaucho Pass. I authorize UCSB Athletics (UCSB Associated Students) to automatically charge my credit card account (as shown below) on a monthly basis for the Monthly Fee. This authorization will have the same effect as if I had personally signed a check to UCSB Associated Students for each installment of the Monthly Fee. I acknowledge and confirm that the information provided to the UCSB Athletics is true and accurate in all respects. I further acknowledge and agree that it is solely my responsibility to update the credit card account information used to pay for the Monthly Fee. I understand that I may notify the UCSB Athletics by written request (sent via email or first class mail) at any time to terminate this authorization. Finally, I acknowledge and agree that UCSB Athletics reserves the right to charge the account for the Monthly Fee without requiring my signature for each transaction.

December 16 - January Pass

February 17 - March Pass
March 16 - April Pass
April 20 - May Pass
May 18 - June Pass
