2018 STEM Expo Booth Registration
STEM Expo is November 5th, 2018 at the Davis Conference Center in Layton, UT.

Booths need to be interactive with students to show how you use STEM in your business and be as Hands-On as possible. You may register for just the 'Day Session': 9:00 am - 2:00 pm for High School Students (estimating 1,000 students this year) OR just for the night session: 4:00 pm - 7:30 pm for the Family Night (roughly 4-5K people) OR BOTH. We have run out of room the last two years, so priority will be given to groups who commit to BOTH Sessions.

* If you need extra set-up time or if you want to set-up on Sunday let us know and arrangements can be made.

Every 10' x 10' Booth comes with Internet, 110V outlets, tables(2), chairs(4), and lunches (4). If there is anything else you need for your booth, please contact me directly and make special arrangements. John Donley (801-940-4096 cell)(jfdonley@wsd.net)

Finally, instead of charging groups for a booth, each company is asked to bring a "Prize" we can raffle off for the students. In the past we have had everything from DeWalt Drills, bluetooth speakers, shirts/hoodies/hats/jackets, iPads, kayaks, coolers, gift cards, etc. This can be anything you think high school students would enjoy.
