INSTRUCTIONS:

Question 1 : Copiez-collez le corps du texte que vous voulez modifier comme réponse à cette question. Copiez-collez simplement le texte tel qu'il existe actuellement dans la constitution, puis écrivez les clauses/sous-clauses que vous avez collées.    |    Paste the body of text that you want to change as the answer to this question. Simply copy and paste the text as it currently exists in the constitution, and then write which clauses/subclauses that you pasted.

Question 2 : Rédigez le texte que vous souhaitez ajouter à la constitution à la place du texte collé à la première question.    |    Write the text that you would like to add to the constitution in place of the text pasted in question one.

Question 3 : Expliquez brièvement pourquoi vous pensez que ces changements devraient être apportés à la constitution, cette explication devrait être de 2 à 6 phrases.    |    Breifly explain why you believe these changes should be made to the constitution, this explanation should be 2 to 6 sentences long.
