Learn How to Strength Train at Home
The American College of Sports Medicine and the CDC recommends that we should weight-lift and stretch at least 2 days a week.  This focus of this class will address how to achieve resistance training (i.e., weight-lifting) and stretching recommendations when working out at home.  Bring or wear workout clothes (we have changing rooms).
