This survey form is intended to collect and compile information on the actual accommodation records of participants in the host city and host prefecture during the JSSSPN2026.
To receive financial support from the Fukushima City Convention and Excursion Subsidy Program and the Fukushima Prefecture Convention and Excursion Subsidy Program, the Organizing Committee of this conference is required, as part of the subsidy application process, to report conference statistics, including the cumulative number of participant overnight stays, to Fukushima City and Fukushima Prefecture.
In particular, the amount of subsidy awarded is determined in part by the actual cumulative number of participant overnight stays. We would therefore greatly appreciate your cooperation in completing this survey questionnaire.
