If you are interested in possible enrollment at Discoveries, please complete the form in its entirety.  Understand that completing this form does not guarantee a spot in our program, but simply allows us to keep a list of interested families.
 
In January we begin the enrollment process for the following Fall. Families on the waitlist will be contacted and at that time we will begin the registration process. If classes are full and we don't have room for your child, you will be notified by mid-February so you have an opportunity to look elsewhere for care.
