About Youth runs a weekly youth group for young people aged P4 to P6 on Wednesday's at the Calders Community Flat (G1 Dunsyre House North, Edinburgh, EH11 4JH) from 3.30 pm to 5 pm.

The group runs during school term times.

Completion of this form is a requirement for every child/young person who wishes to participate in the youth group.
