ACTP Call for Session Proposals & Pre Conference Institute
This form must be completed by the Contact Presenter, who is responsible for keeping co-presenters informed about the status of the proposal. As the information on this form will be used to create the actual program guidebook, the Contact Presenter should provide accurate information with correct spellings and capitalization as is appropriate.

An acceptance confirmation is emailed only to the Contact Presenter. After the acceptance email has been sent, any changes or other variances related to the proposal may be made at the discretion of the Conference Committee at

All presenters MUST register for the conference. The 3-hour pre-cons are to be presented Sunday, March 17, 2019 at 9:00am or 1:00pm.

Each presenter must be registered for the ACTP Conference; and all information should be accurate in content, spelling, etc. Please include information for up to 4 presenters. Note that there will be ONE introductory/biography description for each session--please include all presenter information in the respective item.
