Love Your Neighbor As Yourself: The Love Yourself Edition!
What does Judaism teach us about self-care? Give yourself the gift of learning more about it with amazing facilitators from the around the country. Four interactive sessions, Monday evenings at 8:00 PM, about an hour each - April 5, April 12, April 19, April 26 - Culminating in an outdoor, in-person experience on Sunday, May 2 at 1:30 and 3:15 PM (raindate is May 9).
This year, instead of a shabbaton, we are offering this series of workshops inspired by a curriculum created by the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland called La-bri'ut: To Our Health and Wellness which is based on five core Jewish values that cultivate resilience. Each session is focused on one of the values.
You are welcome to join as many workshops as you wish. We encourage full participation and also understand that there are times when it might be necessary to simply listen in. Our last workshop will be outdoors, in a socially-distant and safe format.
We look forward to seeing you and to learning with you!
