Notice of Defects/Returns: Buyer must inform Seller within 7 days if there are any shortages, defects, etc. in writing. Returns are subjected to a 25% restocking fee, with a $5.00 minimum charge. Buyer must have written authorization from Seller prior to making returns. Custom or third party decorated merchandise cannot be returned, however, if Seller chooses to accept the return, Buyer gives Seller full permission to resell the merchandise.
Buyer may not sell or transfer any merchandise unless the product is substantially modified by print or decoration that clearly distinguishes product from the CAMP Collection line. Seller maintains sole discretion to determine if Product has been modified to a sufficient degree. Buyer may not sell blank, undecorated Product through marketplaces such as Amazon. The above applies to all CAMP Collection product purchased through this agreement or otherwise.
