Savor at Studio 3807 is Prince George’s County’s first artisanal culinary food hall!! It is the brainchild of Business Attorney and Food Entrepreneur April N. Richardson Esq. and Peter Siegel, a socially conscious Developer, who partnered to bring this exciting opportunity to Prince George’s County.

Savor is slated to open September 2019 and is located at 3807 Rhode Island Ave Brentwood, MD in a certified food desert and opportunity zone right in the heart of the Gateway Arts District.

Savor boasts over 8,000sf of space that is designed for the community to eat, meet and socialize. It will feature local culinary artists that will create mini-restaurants, an indoor farmers market, an artisan's market and it boasts a commercial kitchen for emerging food artist to rent. In addition, Savor will feature pop ups where new food concepts can be tested and will feature a stage for live music performances. As a committed supporter of the arts and community, Savor offers an exciting culinary space so residents and neighbors can explore a variety of exciting local culinary options.

Savor is the launch pad for future Restauranteurs. We will incubate our food vendors by providing technical assistance in the areas of menu development, food science, business, legal, accounting and workforce development all with the goal of having food entrepreneurs grow into full scale restaurants in Prince George’s County.
