Zoom - 1,000 Person Webinar License Request Form
Those with University of Minnesota faculty, staff, sponsored, or departmental accounts can use this form to request temporary use of a large webinar license (up to 1,000 participants) for their Zoom account.

- your webinar will include between 500 and 1,000 participants, AND
- your webinar will include audience participation

If you are inviting fewer than 500 participants, you do not need to fill out this form.
If your webinar will be a one-way broadcast without audience participation and you are not in the HealthCare Component (HCC), then you should stream it live on YouTube (you can do this directly from Zoom). You do not need to complete this form if you stream over YouTube.
