Caps are $100 and are done in a TIMELY MANNER, however, deadlines can be met (please discuss with artist).
This agreement serves as a formal notice and acknowledgment of the expectations between the Artist (“Service Provider”) and the client regarding communication and payment terms. PLEASE READ ITS ENTIRETY.
The client agrees to maintain clear and timely communication throughout the project. This includes responding to emails, text messages, or other agreed-upon methods of communication within 3 business days unless otherwise communicated in advance. “Ghosting” (non-responsiveness beyond the stated period without notice) may result in project delays or termination at the discretion of the Artist.
All invoices must be paid on or before the due date stated on the invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date will incur a late fee of $0.25 per day, beginning the day after the due date, until the balance is paid in full.
In the event of prolonged non-communication (more than 7 consecutive days without response) or continued non-payment, the artist reserves the right to terminate the agreement and retain any deposits made. All work completed up to the point of termination will remain the intellectual property of the Artist until the full payment is received.
