Accepted vendors will be notified by email and give approximately one month to make payment. All payments must be by ACH / electronic transfer from a bank. No checks are accepted. If appropriate payment is not received by the provided date, your vendor spot opens to the next approved vendor.
Food Vendor Price is $1,200 + $250 refundable deposit and includes a single, standard 220 hookup. Please verify with firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of your plug if needed. Additional electrical hook-ups are available for fee by request.
Approved vendors will receive a 20' x 20' vending space, 6 passes for workers and 3 parking passes.
Expect no access to water. The only potable water is at water stations for festival attendees.
No vehicles are permitted to park inside the festival. Restocking must be done between 6am and 9am. Cars that are not out by 9am will be tagged and the $250 deposit will be forfeited.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning-up and leaving no trace behind. Clean-up must be completed by Sunday at 10am.
The $250 refundable deposit will be 100% refunded if vendors sell what is approved, remove cars by 9am each day and clean-up prior to leaving.
