Growing Your Workforce Conference 2024 - Exhibitor Registration 
About the Conference - The Growing Your Workforce Conference is an annual event organized by the Southwestern Workforce Planning Boards of Ontario. This year, the conference will be hosted by Workforce WindsorEssex, and will take place November 21 from 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. and November 22 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at St. Clair College Centre for the Arts, 201 Riverside Drive West Windsor, ON.

The conference focuses on addressing workforce development challenges and opportunities across Southwestern Ontario, and is a vital platform for bringing together partners, including employers, service providers, institutions, and decision makers. It is an event where ideas are exchanged, best practices are shared, and solutions are crafted to address the pressing issues facing our workforce, talent pipelines, and local labour markets.

EXHIBITOR FEE: $300 +HST (will be invoiced to company/organization upon acceptance)

All selected exhibitors will receive the opportunity to showcase their company/organization at the Growing Your Workforce Conference, AND...

  • 1 complimentary conference ticket valued at $95 which includes lunch x2 days, breakfast, and additional refreshments.
  • Exhibitor space -  approximately 8’ wide includes a 6’ table, with tablecloth, and 2 chairs.

Submission Deadline -
Your submission must be received no later August 31, 2024 to be considered for inclusion. Any applications submitted past this date be automatically added to a waitlist for consideration if spots become available.

Please note: 
  • Table locations will be allocated at the sole discretion of the coordinator. 
  • Exhibitor space is approximately 8’ wide and includes a 6’ table, with a tablecloth, and 2 chairs
  • A maximum of 2 representatives are are to occupy the booth.
  • Additional representatives from my company/organization will need to purchase additional conference tickets in order to attend/exhibit.
  • Set-up occurs between 10am-12pm on November 21st, and take-down will be ONLY after event has concluded, between 12pm-2pm on November 22nd.
  • No staples, tacks, nails etc. are permitted to be used on supplied tables.
  • Exhibitor booths are for showcasing, display and educating purposes only. 
  • Event management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibits.
