2026 PNWWDA Live Show Approval Application
Please submit the following to PNWWDA for Live Show Approval to count for the PNWWDA Awards Program. You will be contacted directly if your show does not meet the requirements. If your application is accepted, you will be contacted if you would like to add more show information such as JPG photo files, direct links etc. All approved shows will be listed in the PNWWDA Shows & Events calendar on our website.

Application Requirements: 
  • This application is for 2026 Live Shows
  • Please submit your application at least 30 days prior to your show when possible, or a minimum of two weeks before the show
  • See judging requirements below
  • The PNWWDA Awards Program runs January 1 through November 30, 2026
