Repair Request
Due to the overwhelming demand for our electronic repair services we've implemented a waiting list. The shop has limited space so it has  become necessary to control the intake so that we have room to work. The waiting time will vary according to the type of equipment: guitar amp wait time is less since we have several techs who are able to work on those. Stereo consoles and floor radios will wait the longest due to their size as we only have room in the shop for one or two of those at a time.

We currently service the following:
  • Guitar and bass amps
  • Vintage home audio equipment
  • Console stereos
  • Vintage radios
There are many items we're unable to service due to unavailability of service documentation or parts. These generally include modern A/V stereo systems, modern keyboards, pro audio gear, etc. You may submit a repair request for these types of items and we'll assess whether it's something repairable based on the equipment type and problem reported.

We'll periodically update you on your position in the queue, and once you're request comes up we'll contact you by email to setup a drop off appointment.
