What is the TMP Pen Sourcing Service?The Manila Penography offers writing instruments from a diverse range of brands. Nonetheless, there are instances where our clients seek a particular piece not currently featured in our inventory. In response, we provide complimentary pen-sourcing assistance. Leveraging our extensive network of collectors, suppliers, and partners, we are equipped to procure desired pieces from around the globe.
What do I do after I fill up the form?
Upon finding the requested writing instrument, our team will contact you and inform you of the writing instrument's condition, and give you a quotation of its cost. We will not source the pen without your approval of its condition and price. Filling up this form does not guarantee that we will be able to find the pen you are looking for but we will try our best!
If you find the pen and I decide to push through with it, do I have to pay a downpayment?
Yes, we require a 50% downpayment for the pre-ordered pens. 25% of the said downpayment will be non-refundable. The remaining balance will be settled prior to the shipment of your order.
How long will it take for my pre-order to arrive?
Expect a lead time of 2-3 weeks after the initial payment of the pre-order. There is, however, a remote possibility of delay beyond TMP's control, and in such instances we ask for your kind patience. Nonetheless we will consistently coordinate with you on the status of your pre-order's shipment.
Do pre-ordered pens come with warranty?
Yes, TMP's 1 week warranty applies to all pens we sell -- where a refund/repair is applicable for pens with factory issues. This warranty will not cover any issues directly attributed from the misuse of the writing instrument by the buyer.
