Ashburton Change of Dismissal Form

This form is used to communicate a change to your child's regular dismissal plans.

This form must be submitted by 2:00pm the day of the change, otherwise your child will follow their regular dismissal routine.

Early pickups are cut off at 2:40pm. After 2:40pm, we not be able to support early pickups outside of the schoolwide dismissal routine.

CLUBS UPDATE: Please email your teacher if your child's dismissal plans change depending on clubs. E.G John's in basketball on Tuesday from 09/25-12/02
