The conference will be located at the Living Legends Conference Center at the Spring Creek Campus of Collin College, Plano, TX.
We are currently seeking vendors representing:
* Corporations that support the fight against family violence * Community Organizations * Local Non-profit Organizations* Family Services* Book Sales (Presenters only) The CCCFV is expecting over 200 registrants to attend the conference. Your table/display will be in the hallway outside the conference event. Exhibitors will be visible to these registrants who will include professionals in the mental health, law, educational, social services, law enforcement, human resources and medical fields as well as many students and faculty of the college.
Exhibitors will be provided one 2’ X 4’ table and two chairs. Additional tables and chairs must be requested no later than 1 week in advance. Electrical power is available, but very limited. If you would like to request power, please do so by indicating that in the “Comments and Special Requests” box. Additional equipment will be the responsibility of the exhibitor. A representative from your organization must be present at all times at your table/display.
If you are currently a CCCFV Member and would like to participate as an exhibitor at the Facing Family Violence Conference, please complete the following online application. Alternatively, mail or hand-deliver the application and payment to Collin County Council on Family Violence 5805 Coit Road, Suite 301 – Plano, Texas 75093 (Junior League offices) by October 12, 2017.

For Non-Collin County Council on Family Violence MembersThe fee for a non-profit (non-member of CCCFV) exhibitor is $30.The fee for a business exhibitor is $100.There are no product sales allowed.

CANCELLATIONSIf a vendor needs to cancel, please do so at least 3 business days prior to the day of the event.
BOOTH LOCATIONVendor tables will be set up in the main hall right outside the conference rooms. A table with your organization name will be identified when you arrive. On day of event, vendors will need to check in at the Registration table for information.
SET-UP/TAKE DOWN Set up will begin Wednesday morning from 11am. The conference will begin at 1pm Wednesday and conclude Friday at 4:45pm. Table participants will pack up booths by 5:00 pm. Volunteers will break-down tables and chairs at the end of the conference on Friday.
