Reno Night Market is back with a fresh new venue, a new meaningful mission, and the same incredible community vibes!ย 

Join us for two unforgettable evenings on October 17โ€“18, 2025, from 5PM to 10PM at Idlewild Park. This year, weโ€™re proud to partner with the Western Lights Festival, transforming the market into a 501(c)(3) fundraising event in support of their 2026 festival and beyond. 100% of all proceeds, including vendor fees, will directly support the Western Lights Festival organization.

Event Details:

  • ๐Ÿ“ Location: Idlewild Park, Reno, NV

  • ๐Ÿ“… Dates: Friday & Saturday, October 17โ€“18, 2025

  • ๐Ÿ•” Time: 5PMโ€“10PM both nights

Vendor Requirements:

  • All vendors must be fully self-contained

  • You must provide your own:

    • Tent

    • Tables

    • Lighting

    • Power (if needed)

    • WiFi

Vendor Fees:

  • Food Trucks: $250/day

  • 10x10 Booth: $100/day

  • Nonprofits: $50/day

If accepted, your vendor fee must be paid in full to secure your spot. Letโ€™s light up the night together at Reno Night Market!
