    * Key contacts will be provided accounts to update institution information and submit/maintain collection information.
    * CDL will contact your organization’s key contacts to confer on any user-submitted feedback and requests. This may include public reference inquiries as well as reporting any issues regarding the content and/or metadata.
    * Key contacts will also communicate any planned changes or updates that may affect access to the collections represented in OAC and/or Calisphere (e.g., URL changes, DAMS migration, content removals, etc.)
    * CDL will also contact these individuals with any updates or news regarding our services, via our OAC/Calisphere Contributor mailing list: http://eepurl.com/hxzENj
