Thank you for participating in the Remote and Virtual Certification Program with EcoSchools Canada. This form should be completed by one staff member from your school, such as a teacher, administrator, or other educator. 

To pursue Certification, you must first complete the "Registration" section of this form. You may then complete the other sections throughout the year, as your school engages in environmental actions.

***After completing the first "Registration" section of the form, you will receive an email copy of your responses. Retain the email, as it allows you to return to your form and make amendments throughout the year. Each time you update your form, you will need to navigate to the “Submit/Save” page and press the “Submit” button. Each time you Submit/Save your application, a link to the form will be sent to your email. Bookmark this email for future access! ***

The requirements for Remote and Virtual School certification are:

• Registration through this Certification Form.
• Completion of at least 3 environmental actions, which are listed later in the Form. See the Program webpage for additional information. 
• Descriptions and the number of participants for each of your actions recorded in this Certification Form.
• Submission of the complete Certification Form by May 8, 2026.
