MGS prides itself on being a safe institution for students. A place where students receive a quality education and that prepares them for challenges. We encourage students and/or parents to report any peer related problems or issues to the building administration. If you are uncomfortable reporting an incident in person or via phone or email, please complete the form below to make an incident report. Please fill out this form in confidence that all submissions are anonymous. The appropriate building administrator will investigate all credible incident reports.
