MEDSt@rts - Med microfinance support system for start-ups - the project is financed by the European Union’s ENI CBC Med Programme and implemented between October 2019 and April 2022 in Italy, Greece, Tunisia, Palestine, and  Lebanon by a partnership of 7 organizations.

The main objective is to design common cross-border projects by providing access to credit for usually non-bankable people, developing an innovative support model that can be easily replaced in different environments.

The forums aim at fostering discussions among Lebanese MF and BDS institutions, and other stakeholders to respond to emerging needs and offer recommendations for a common strategy that can be utilized to support the microfinance industry.
