Roles
The next question asks for your preferences of roles as a volunteer. Here are brief descriptions:

Administrative- check teams in, run score sheets, set up, misc. tasks to help the competition run
Time Keeper- makes sure moderator and students observe the timing rules of the competition
Score Keeper- keeps track of the score
Science Judge- follows the questions along with moderator, handles and challenges on scientific merit
Moderator- reads questions for the students...several hours of talking
Rules Judge- makes sure students and officials are following the rules of the competition
