Verse Gaming Internship: Technical Assistant Application

This role is a virtual remote internship for Fall 2023, spanning from Oct 5th to Dec 15th. This role will put the selected applicant in a growth-stage start up atmosphere, where selected applicants will work directly alongside Verse's co-founders and staff.

This position is not a paid internship. Verse is seeking contributors looking to make an impact on the company and position themselves for more significant opportunities with Verse in the near future. Opportunities for performance-based compensation within this role are offered.

Details:

The Technical Assistant intern will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer and assist with the design, development and implementation of Verse Gamings technology. Example tasks would include deliverables such as prototyping new parts of Verse’s user interface, downloading and formatting sports data or gathering important user experience feedback from our customers.

We are looking for candidates that have relevant experience in 1 or more of these subjects:
- Low code development experience (such as Oracle Apex or Bubble.io)
- Database Development (SQL or similar DB experience)
- Front-end development/UX design
- Different types of API integrations
