RPC Private Rental Inquiry  
When you host an event at Red Pine Camp you are in complete control.  You organize the decorations, set-up of spaces and more truly allowing you to design the event the way YOU want it to happen.  

Red Pine Camp’s rental fee structure is designed in a way that there is a set per-night rental charge for the site and then a per-night booking fee for your guests.  You are welcome to have you guests pay the camp directly for their stay or we can bill the organizers for the complete event.

Weekend rentals are for at least two nights (Friday, Saturday) and there is a minimum booking of 50 guests per night.

The camp has a fantastic in-house caterer, however, if you prefer to bring in an external caterer for a special meal this is certainly something that can be done.

All rental groups have a minimum of two staff on site (more for larger groups) to ensure the you have access to all you need and to take care of the set-up of spaces and cleaning of dishes after meals.  

A booking deposit of $500 is required upon signing the contract.
