Please complete this form to request a Mental Health First Aid for Public Safety - 8 hour course. These courses are provided as a service of Johnson County Mental Health and the Kansas Law Enforcement CIT Council. The courses are intended for emergency services and agencies involved in the criminal justice system in Johnson County, Kansas.

Agencies requesting the training must provide:
- A date for the training at least 3 weeks in advance
- A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30 participants
* A confirmed list of attendees must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the training date.
- A venue for the training with PowerPoint and audio/video capabilities.
- Reimbursement for a training manual for each participant ($18.95)
