Is there a particular area within machine learning that you are especially passionate about or have expertise in? This could be related to specific models, applications, methodologies, or concepts. *

Which types of tasks/responsibilities are you most interested in helping with to support the ML+X community? *

Event Host: Take a lead role in hosting one of the community's events (introduce speakers, guide discussions, etc.)

Event Organizer: Help recruit speakers and organize events (forums, workshops, socials, etc.)

Hackathon Advisor: Help advise teams during the annual Machine Learning Marathon event (see blog post for details)

Hackathon Planning Committee: Help plan the annual Machine Learning Marathon

GitHub Maintainer / Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) Guide Maintainer: Review new submissions to the community's EDA guide

Video Editor: Edit and share event recordings (monthly ML+X Forum) to the community's YouTube channel

Marketing & Communications: Design and implement marketing strategies to increase turnout (and value) at community events

Engagement: Design and implement strategies to keep community members engaged (including outside of events)

Relations: Help form partnerships with ML-related groups in Madison (co-host events, attend events together, etc.)

Sponsorship Team: Help us reach out to potential sponsors and form connections with local companies that passionate about ML
