Know Stroke Survey for Survivors and Care Providers
Mike Garrow and I (David Dansereau) of the Know Stroke Podcast Team originally started this stroke research in coordination with the University of Rhode Island and MIT I-Corps Spark Program where we were conducting research on stroke.

Our goal was to learn if new mobile apps and technology enabled education and engagement media resources have the potential as digital therapeutic tools to improve stroke care and outcomes for survivors and their families.   This hypothesis began with discovering your unmet needs, or what bothers you the most about stroke.

While we are no longer able to pursue the development of this digital solution for stroke, your input still can help shape the development of targeted tools that can potentially help deliver a new way to connect to appropriate community resources most important to you and your family based upon your goals.  I will be reporting on the needs of stroke survivors and the data we collect on what bothers you the most about stroke in my next book, Closure After Stroke and you can learn more about this when you fill out this survey.  In addition we welcome you to offer your story to be shared on our Know Stroke Podcast at the end of this survey.

We appreciate your support in this effort via sharing your valuable lived experience with stroke.
Thank you!
