The capitalized “D”eaf shall be used in an all-inclusive manner to represent and include all people who may identify as Deaf, DeafBlind, deaf, deafblind, hard-of-hearing, late-deafened and hearing-impaired people

To get Capital Bikeshare for $5 per year, DCAD member MUST be:

*18 or older
*Deaf/disabled
*A resident of DC, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, Arlington, Alexandria, or Fairfax County. (Unfortunately, other MD and VA counties do NOT qualify).
*DCAD Membership - if not a member, please sign up via DCAD Membership.
